Elations have been my go to legging for 7 years. Buttery soft, hold you in comfort for studio and light workouts, they don't roll down, have a second-skin feel like thick dance tights, and are comfy for long car rides. The high-rise is excellent with the thicker waistband--I can't stand the paper thin transcends and salutation waistbands, and the roomy back pocket is great for a phone and keys. I ordered a new elation ultra high-rise and they are awful! The fabric has changed to thin and plastic-like, it is not high rise, the waistband felt too tight and too loose at the same time, and kept rolling down just after trying on. Athleta do better, this is very disappointing.

Great fabric - fits perfect - love the color!

LOVE these leggings! Super comfy and soft but supportive when needed for those higher endurance activities too. The waistband stays in place when running and sits high enough that I can wear a more cropped top and not feel like my mid-section is hanging out. Highly recommend these ones!

I'm loyal to the Elation Legging but not with this change. The fabric used to be buttery soft with the perfect amount of stretch but now is this slick shiny fabric like the Salution (which I've always stayed away from because of the fabric). The fit changed as well, they now roll down and slide down when moving, nothing stays in place. I'm so so so disappointed in this change because I used to buy at least a couple Elation Leggings a year, between me buying them and family buying them for me. I have been loyal to Athleta due to their TALLS in tops and bottoms plus the consistency in fabric and fit. I was struggling with what to do when the amount of talls reduced (bring more tall options back!!!) and now with the fabric change (while keeping the same name and reviews, tricky tricky) I might have to rethink my brand loyalty. I understand going for a new customer but don't alienate your current customers. Please change back!!!!!

I am beyond disgusted with the latest elation leggings. I have three drawers full of nothing but elation leggings that I have purchased over the years. I have never had an issue with anything. They have always remained consistent in sizing and quality. Until now! These are made in Mexico and all of my previous ones are from Vietnam. That's the only thing I can see that would possibly cause this horrible change. I could barely get my usual small over my hips and the material is way off. I have sent both pairs back and will be shopping at Viori until Athleta goes back to the original version. So sad. They do have the buttery soft leggings that Athleta once had.
