I am a true 34D but I landed on the 36D bra. I am a breast cancer survivor - mastectomy with breast reconstruction - so finding a bra that fits for high impact (without underwire) is imperative. The cups rise up high enough in front to support my reconstruction even on the side comfortably, nothin...g spills out. There are adjustable straps to pull your girls up as much or as little as you need without them feeling uncomfortable. Granted it takes a bit of figuring out HOW to wear the bra, pulling over your head and hooking the clasps behind your back can prove a bit of a challenge, but a challenge that is doable. I have no back spillage, no pinching. I'm honestly super happy with this bra. So my advice: go up one size in the band width, but the same cup size you normally wear and you will be good to go! And I did try this bra on in-store and tried on MANY different sizes to figure out the best fit.
I will start off by saying I have been a runner for many years. I know that all bodies and running bras are different and you have to sometimes play with the sizing to get the right fit. I was a previous owner of the recent discontinued Advance Bra. That was my go to. No issues. I was told the ...speed run is it's replacement, it's not. After wearing it a few times now it really sucks. I would like to say I can just try a variety of sizes but the Athleta near me doesn't carry them in store and according to the person there they probably won't. I'm not fine spending several hundreds of dollars just to try on a bunch of sizes. I also don't think it would matter. Yes, it takes some effort to get into, but so does every other good running bra. The band is good and I like the fabric but I think a big problem is the cross in the back is not fixed and could run up higher on your neck. I feel like I'm getting choked. Even when everything is in place, the girls still bounce a lot. Much more than expected and adjustments to the straps don't help. I know it's possible to make the right bra that keeps the girls separate and stable but this isn't it.

I didn't see this issue in other comments so wanted to point it out. I like this bra - didn't find it hard to put on; very snug and supportive all over. The pink is invisible under a white tee. BUT a couple of small areas are rough and itchy - a small area on the top of the back band (by the closure eyes), two connection seams on the back strap. I keep finding myself reaching back to try to shift the bra to make these areas more comfortable. I removed the tags on one of the two I ordered, but am returning the other for this reason.

Held my D cups secure for running. It's smooth and love the mesh o. The middle to let air in. Was suprised how very little stretch the mesh had to help keep the girls from bouncing.

True to size (34C) and comfortable! A little stiff / tight at first. Give it 2 wears or so and it'll be great. Love the light pink color too :)

I love the adjustable straps in back! I wear a 32DD and struggle to find bras to run in! This one works perfect and is so far the only bra I can run in. I have two now:)

It's a little hard to get on and off, but it fits securely and gets the job done. It's so hard to find high impact sports bras, but this one is pretty good. Bought 36DD.
