I have been a Trekkie fan since they first arrived and was hesitant about this new style, after reading all the comments online. However, I LOVE them. They are so comfortable and lightweight, I already ordered a second pair. Athleta, DO bring back the old waist bands, this new elastic waistband make them less "dressy" and more for working out.

I have three pairs of the Trekkie from last season and love them. I went to buy more and I can't wear the new style. They don't fit near as well and the waist band isn't as flattering as the old one. You could dress up the old ones as well as wear them as a casual pant or walking pant. Please bring them back.

I wish they would bring back the mid rise pants version of these trekkies…. They weren't as baggy , and didn't stretch out…. They were avail in tall sizes which were perfect and had the elastic at bottom perfect for hiking or biking …..so much nicer for travel all around…. I returned the joggers….

The Trekkie North was a great style. I tried these and was totally disappointed - waist change, fit change, length change. Now these are a definite no for me. Hoping Athleta takes note that most common rating from these is a 1 and changes back!
