The Trekkie North was a great style. I tried these and was totally disappointed - waist change, fit change, length change. Now these are a definite no for me. Hoping Athleta takes note that most common rating from these is a 1 and changes back!

I was wary of these given the negative comments and I can't speak on the previous trekkie but these are great for me. If you have big calves and quads, these pants are perfect. Mine fit my legs without getting stuck on my calves like so many joggers do for me. I really enjoy these and find them flattering, despite all the bad reviews!

I got these in the olive and the black and I'm already getting a lot of use out of them for spring. The light weight means that I can wear them all summer and have some sun protection when I'm walking outside.
