I will always need a 7" running short. I've already adapted my running gear from the Ultimates to the Intervals, loosing a waistband pocket. Don't love that- but fine. But now loosing the length…? Just not logistically practical for so many people!!! I really wanna like these bc they come in so many...

I paired the interval stash high rise 5" short with the sports bra of the same line to run the BK Half Marathon and it was perfect!!! Despite the day being super humid, the bra didn't overheat me and the shorts ride up only for a bit but I pulled them down ONCE through the entire 21km and I had no chaffing. The high waist band also held in place the whole race so my photos came great - I had use other brands before that made me look unkempt!

These shorts are great! Great for running they do not ride up! Ran a marathon in them! Good compression but not too much. No sweat stains with the navy. Can sort of see sweat stains with the green but it drys out very quickly. Highly recommend! 5" is long enough that you're covered even if they do ride up a bit, but not too long either
