Gripper socks are recommended for Pilates on encompass, which I didn't quite believe. But after my session yesterday in which we did a lot of foot work in plié and relevé, I'm a believer!. The thickness as padding is nice and knit shaping keeps them from slipping during workout, and keeps the bones warm in a cold studio. Wouldn't mind seeing some lower cut ankle high ones. My trainer said she wears them at home to avoid slipping on stairs!

Love the style but wish there were a few more size options. My suggested size was a little big and I felt the fabric and stickies shifting a bit during my Barre workout.

Great for barre class

These do not grip absolutely anything. The grips are purely for show.

I washed these once and half the grippers washed away. Before washing, they also were terrible and did not grip at all.
