I have athletic/muscular legs, so I need a pair of shorts to fit a certain way/be a certain minimum length in order for them not to ride up constantly when I walk (for example, the 4" running shorts don't work for me, and neither, unfortunately, do any of the skorts--with their 4" liner). Wayfind shorts are sooooooo comfortable, and don't ride up AT ALL when I walk. BTW, I am 5'6" and 120 lbs, so it isn't a "weight" issue, it is very literally a "shape" issue. I wish that Athleta had more shorts choices for women with muscular legs. These are the only shorts I was able to buy from Athleta in the past two years, because they're the only ones that work for my body. I find the material perfect, as well. They are cool and comfortable--even in the heat and high humidity. They hold up amazingly well to hiking, gardening, etc., and look cute doing it. I have bought every new color they have come out in, and will probably continue to do so. That said, I am sad they didn't have any khaki colored Wayfind shorts this year, and I sincerely hope they will have them next year.

I bought 3 pairs of these shorts for our family beach vacation with the intention of wearing them for biking and exercise. They were nice looking enough to wear shopping and to casual lunches! Perfect length and breathable. The only shorts I will pack from now on!

Loved the waist band, but then it went bad from there. These are super full and unflattering on. I had to check to make sure I didn't receive the wrong size.

Great mom shorts! The length is perfect. I like the 3 inch for running and working out, but the 5inch length is great for going out or being out with the kids at their sports activities. They are modest, comfy and cute. I like the placement of the pockets. I have to always get an XXS in shorts with Athleta, even though with leggings I do an XS. The shorts seem to run a little bit bigger. I am 5'4" 110 pounds for reference and the XXS is great, even with my long legs.

Get these!! I'm in love with the lightweight fabric, pockets, zipper pocket and 5" length of these shorts. Comfortable wide waistband doesn't dig or itch. I'm uber picky and will pick these again and again. I'm 5'5" and 127#, athletic build. XS is perfect! Not a frumpy length and versatile for athletic or casual wear.

These shorts fit great and are incredibly comfortable. The high-rise waist is flattering and stays in place, and the 5-inch inseam is the perfect length for me. comfortable for sure! I have bigger hips and a smaller waist, so sits up pretty high. Wore them for pickleball, great pockets and super easy to move in!
