Previously bought this coat in 2024 in a light color and loved wearing it this winter season, in Chicago, New England and Washington DC. In my last shopping trip, I came upon a black jqcket on sale (yay!) and jumped at the chance of buying it although it's a size larger than my previous purchase. What I love: the stylish curve at the rear of the coat. The extra dip below gives coverage. What I wish it had: thumb holes on the sleeves

I had a Marmot puffer jacket for YEARS that finally ran it's course and I've really struggled to commit to a new puffer jacket. I live in Seattle with the constant balance of rain/cold... and this is perfect! Being tall I struggle with finding jackets that are long enough in the arms and torso that don't look super boxy. The jacket feels slightly heavier than I'd like, but I'm sure in the throws of winter it'll feel nice. One downside - there are NOT thumbholes (I thought there were based on the first picture for the jacket, but they must be wearing a long sleeve underneath the jacket that has thumbholes).

Bought this jacket for my 14-year-old daughter (who is averse to wearing jackets!) and she LOVES it. It is fashionable and so warm, yet not bulky. Overall, great quality and value. As other reviewers mentioned, it does fit a tad small, so she sized up. She would normally wear a small but we purchased a medium and there's still enough room for a hoodie underneath without it being too snug or loose. I might just have to order it for myself next winter!
