This top is wonderfully soft and comfortable. However, for loungewear I would not expect to have to hang this to dry as launder instructions recommend. I bought both the top and matching pants for myself and two more of these outfits as gifts. After washing both pieces together, I found that the top..., which was put in the dryer, had pilled slightly. The pants were laundered with the top but had been thrown in the dryer inside out. They did NOT pill. I'll have to pass this information on to the gift recipients or they will encounter the same problem. The website description does give instructions to "hang to dry" which I did not notice. Otherwise, very comfy and I will enjoy wearing around the house. It does not look as nice now. At 127 lbs. I feel like the top would look boxy if paired with jeans. It looks ok with the matching pants though.

I hope they bring back Mindset sweatshirt, it is far better than this. This fabric is super finicky - it pills as you wear it. I washed before wearing and while I agree this is soft and warm, it does not breathe, and it is not going to have a long life. Not worth the price. Definitely glad I read th...e reviews about sizing down. I purchased a Medium and I am not a medium in any brand. These started to pill and drop little fuzz balls from the inside as I was wearing them for the first time. The inside is very soft but is shedding little balls of the fuzz already. I am extremely careful with laundry. I followed the care instructions. I machine washed these inside out using the handwash cycle, cool water, delicate spin, and then let it air dry hanging on a drying rack. This fabric takes about 2 days to fully air dry. Modal just really hangs on to water, but I have no issue with that. I use a mild specialty detergent and never ever use fabric softener. I ordered several colors. Navy and Alpine Heather are fairly true to the pictures. Actually, Apine Heather is a gorgeous golden olive-y green, which I love. Shale is not as vibrant as pictured, but still a very nice dark Grey-brown-almost purple-ish color that I really like. The red and teal (or whatever they are called) were both brighter than pictured and I returned them. The Seaweed Snack was like a 90s hunter green, returned. Begonia Pink was back ordered and I just cancelled it. I am disappointed because I loved the Mindset sweatshirt and I suspect this is the replacement but it isn't the same. Not even close. It may be a similar fiber, but it isn't as nice and certainly will not last.

Comfortable, I like light weight sweatshirts, I over heat i. Thick sweatshirts and this is perfectly warm but light weight. It runs slightly big, I wear small Athleta tops, xs is perfect. It is a flattering fit, not bulky. Has some room as sweatshirts should, but is fitted enough to dress up a bit and casual enough for every day wear. The length hits the waistline in the front and is a little lower in the back. The colors are vibrant but not too much, I have it in 2 colors. It's a sweatshirt with a pop! Perfect with jeans but can wear with anything.

Cozy, warm, and so very soft. I'm 5'6, 144lbs and I can wear a small no problem, but love the oversized feeling of the medium. Red: is a rather orange red Bone: is see-through (I can see my tattoos), but I sleep in it so it's fine Black: has retained its color pretty well so far Grey: just as you'd expect Light blue: just gorgeous Piling: minimal, but to be expected around the armpits where there's friction. Fuzz: the inside sheds a fair amount at first.

athleta.gapcanada.caI got two of these and matching pants. They are definitely oversized. Both size small and medium fit me with room to spare and I usually wear a size 10 top. At first I really liked the material but I've been finding it doesn't breathe well. I get sweaty in this and it just feels like I want to take it off when I get even slightly warm. It is really soft and it's lightweight which I love. I just wish to breathed better. Now that I've had it and washed it a couple times I've noticed that it's pilling. I washed on delicate inside out with cool water and lay flat to dry. Still pills. Considering I've never spent this amount before I'm really disappointed I had high hopes. This was my first Athleta purchase. Soft, yes. Breathable, definitely not. Unfortunately I regret this purchase.
