I have never used a run belt before and hoped this would let me stop using my armband to carry my phone, but I couldn't get this to sit comfortably. I may just be finicky, but the bouncing of my phone in the belt was annoying, and it kept riding up around my waist. Very nice quality and a good belt for walking or other activities though.
