This is a great work dress - soft and comfy, while being tasteful and full coverage. I am glad I listened to other reviewers and took a size up for a more flattering fit on my lumps and bumps. I'm in love with the seasoft fabric and this tee is no different. The dropped sleeve and drape of the shirt in general is dramatic without being excessively oversized and just gorgeous. I've already come back to add the other colors in my cart. :) I'm 5'0", 130lbs, a numerical 4/6, 34.5"/34DD bust, and 37" hips. I standardly wear a small/petite in Athleta clothes and took a medium petite. #sweepstakes

I wanted to try a dress this style, and tried a few that just didn't fit right around the belly but this didn't accentuate the midsection. I did size up from usual (generous) Athleta sizing. There are a couple of minor changes I'd prefer: prefer not a mock neck and the shirt sleeves a tad shorter. #sweepstakes

Love these so much because they fit my athletic pear shaped body so well. I think the regular length is perfect for me (I am 5'9") - it hits just below my knees and makes this dress look so classy. The grey is a little more see through than the black and eden (green) colors, but overall they are my favorite dresses right now for spring.

I'm so glad I listened to other reviewers suggesting I size up because my regular large would not gave been loose enough for me. My suggestion: if you want the dress to fit snug (not tight) like how it looks on the models, then maybe get your regular size. If you're like me and worried about showing a tummy or bumps in this dress, then size up and it'll still look really cute!
