This is an awesome skirt last year at least but new length is so short! My legs can do the short but in your 40s, you can't be looking like that. Plus the shorts are too long and they hang out the back. My 18 year old likes it but she even said it's short.

I'm wearing them now as I write this! They're super comfortable and so lightweight, perfect for hot summer days. They are on the shorter side, which took some getting used to, but the attached bike shorts make me feel less exposed! They do run a little big, so I had to exchange for a smaller size.

I wanted to love this skirt and I do all but for one thing...the shorts are as long as the skirt is and you can see the shorts from behind (but not from the front). The skirt is not long enough to cover the backside of the shorts. I do very much appreciate the length of the shorts however to prevent chub-rub, but the skirts needs to be a couple inches longer to cover the shorts underneath. When you sit down, however, you can see A LOT of the shorts underneath, including in the front. I am 5' 2", weigh 145lbs, and purchased a size 8.

Why must all the skorts be super short? What happened to the longer lengths and the variety of skorts? What happened to the Soho skort? That is my favorite because I can wear it while teaching. I really think Athleta is missing their mark in their core demographic which is middle aged women. We want clothes that are cute but cover all your bits and pieces.

Very comfortable and look great but the undershorts roll up so I'm constantly tugging them down. The skirt tends to ride up and bunch at the pockets too. Bought one size up from my usual and it fits well in the bone color but too tight in black, which is frustrating. Still love wearing them instead of shorts though!

I bought this in my regular size for the Brooklyn pants (0) and I love the way this fits. It's more form fitting than snug but has the best pockets and is so comfy! I'm 5'5" with shorter legs and this hits mid thigh on me and is a great length
