As much as I love the style & colour (Guava), this jacket is just so impractical, and I will be returning it. The length is just too long! At first I just looked at myself standing in the mirror, but when I walked around in my house, I realized how impractical it is, in part due to the length. Water and dirt is just going to get kicked up inside the jacket. Possibly it will get caught on things. If the jacket was a few inches shorter in the back it would be much better. Also the hood functionality could be improved. For size reference, I got the xxs (petite xs was only a fraction shorter, but the overall proportions were terrible in this size for me). I'm 5'3" and usually an xxs-xs.

Love the look and fit - I am 5'3" and 125lbs ordered petite xs and it fit perfect . Not rainproof, rain resistant to light rain

Guava colour is super flattering. Stylish piece that stands out. Can be dressed up or down. Very oversized, but didn't like the proportions of the petite sizing, so went with XXS regular over XS petite. I'm 5'3 and generally go for XXS or XS sizes in Athleta.

Fits loose & extra long but still elegant & stylish. Love it

I'm confused as to what this coat is for… if it's just a "fashion statement" because the shape and voluminous bulk make for an awkward garment. It's definitely not meant for something functional, like athletics of even hiking.

It's VERY over-sized, but super cool looking. I think it can be dressed up or down. Went for the guava colour as it's fun and is such a flattering colour against my skin tone (fair with dark brown hair & eyes). I bought xxs, and tend to be xs to xxs in Athleta in general (I'm 5'3").

Beautiful jacket. I sized down, maybe could have gone with a petite. I'm 5'5 and it is pretty close to the ground. Love the pretty peach colour.
