Purchased these during a sale (with final sale!) and actually guessed correctly on my size. They are WAY more flattering than I expected, but as other commenters say, the snaps are heavy and kind of pull the pants down a bit. I wish that the waist was different as it is thinner with a drawstring. I'd prefer a wider band with the drawstring on the inside because this style could definitely be dressed up. I am 5'9" and 165 lbs, athletic pear shape and a Medium Tall was perfect. I thought they looked huge when I got them but they actually fit great on my hips.

I don't like the fact that it pulls where the pockets are. I need the medium because otherwise there's a gap around my waist. I teach yoga so my dairy air is high and tight and I guess that's what pulls the pants.
