I see a few negative comments about these pants being "thin". Yes, that is the idea. They are lightweight so that the excess fabric that is needed to make this style possible does not feel heavy or bulky. Some people wonder how they would ever keep them warm, but I have owned these for over a month ...and they actually keep the heat in. This fabric holds warmth. They are actually too warm for our current weather. They are very flattering on and I just bought a 2nd pair. As it gets colder out, time will tell if they continue to hold heat in. Oh, I had to size down 1 size. Love the pulleys on the bottom too.

I loved these pants when I tried them on in the store, and I got a small, which is my typical Athleta size. However, after wearing them twice, not even having washed them yet, there are gaping holes (and by gaping I mean 2-3 inches long)in the seams of the upper thighs. It's the same area where yo...u would typically get some thigh rub but the pants are completely ruined and unwearable. I wish I could say it was from running a marathon in them, but alas, that's not the truth. I have never seen a pair of pants just fall apart like they're made out of single ply gas station toilet paper! I can't return them because I bought them as a final sale, but I'm pretty disappointed, as I actually liked the fit. I wear a lot of Athleta pants, and these are just horribly fragile. The worst!

They're way too huge. Very skimpy way to make them tighter around the ankle. A rip off. If I could return them I would- or at least get a smaller size. Has turned me off to buying in line final sale items ever again.
