After waiting months, Athleta finally brought the straight leg style back, but made some big updates - for the worse. The leg is much wider, and the waistband narrower and not as high. Pretty bummed that companies feel a need to constantly tweak basic staples. Probably will not rebuy…

I am a sports coach and these are my go to teaching pants. They are comfortable and last a long time if you hang dry them and they dry fast. I wear them 5-6 days a week. Thank you for making more colors then black.

These pants are the first 2.0 version I've bought, in the Shadow Grey. I'm 5'4", 140 lbs. and ordered the medium. Compared to the previous version, these pants are about 1/2-1" wider above the knee and about 1/2 longer as I hold them against my old, straight-leg ones. The look is still slim and a plus for me. The shadow grey is lighter than the previous gray offered and has more of a subtle, slate-green tint to it. I find it very flattering while still looking like a neutral. Highly recommend!
