The previous version was more elevated-looking with the loose hem as opposed to the new version with the cinched/elastic hem. I live in Arizona so really appreciate these upscale light weight sweats to hang out in. The flat waistband is comfortable and doesn't create a bump at waistline. The elastic ankle is much better than a band as can be dressed up more easily.

I love the material and the elasticized leg cuffs. I have purchase size XS, as I wanted to fit a bit baggier/looser then is normally should. I it a very nice jogger - this is most definitely keeper :).
