I have about 7? 8? (More?) other pairs of Rainier Tights I've accumulated over the years and love them so much!! I have consistently been a size S in all (except for the Joggers, an XS) as a 5'7, 125 lb female. I kept my eye out for these bc of their gorgeous unique color, and this year went for the Small Tall size bc I've seen reviews that this version runs shorter. I am so glad I did!! They are perfection! In ST, these hit me right at the ankle, which is perfect for winter here in Boston. High quality feels the same as prior versions; haven't tested them yet.

Great for those winter runs! Warm, moderate compression, and very comfortable. The tie at the waistband adds an extra layer of support (don't need to worry about the pants falling down because of your phone in the pocket.) I love them so much I got a second pair.

overall a very good cold weather running legging that can be used for 30s to 40s degree weather. maybe ok for 20s if used for high intensity workout. a couple of minor changes from previous versions (I bought one each in 2023 and 2024 which fit identical): slightly less compressive and as a result feels a little bigger although length is similar. it is a very small difference but noticeable. waist is a bit lower. still high waist but not as much. I do prefer the old fit but again the difference is not that much.

I love this thicker, fleece lined fabric. Skin is protected from the colder air and they keep you warmer. These have some compression which feels good and has a slimming effect. I bought two colors and these are my favorite leggings to wear on colder days. Fabric washes well.

Really liked the thickness of the fabric and the reflective stripe. I'm 5'2, 105 lb and initially bought petite xs size but my ankles were exposed mad made my ankles feel cold. The regular xs size fitted me well (with a bit extra fabric around the ankle but I rather have extra fabric than having cold ankles) The material is not too thick but thick enough for mild winter weather. (In 30-40's) The pockets on the sides and in the back are also great.
