I am 5'10" 140lbs and wear a size small. I love the way these pants fit and feel. They are a little thicker and so soft and stretch and tight in all the right places! I hope they add more colors soon!

I purchased this item in red (M regular) and really wanted to love these, but the quality is very poor for the price. One ankle seam was open out of the bag, and the fabric is NOT plush as stated. This is the quality I would expect for $16.99 at discount store. I wore them on a beach hike in 42 ...degree weather with a bit of wind and my legs and thighs were cold. The sizing is accurate, but the pockets are useless unless you have a TINY flip phone, or just need to stash a single key or a credit card, and the crotch area fits weird- baggy in front. I have been a faithful Athleta customer for many many years, purchasing all of my workout and casual bottoms but am so disappointed in the quality and inconsistent fit of the current products offered over the past two years that I will not likely purchase from Athleta again. I had no issue paying $100 or so in years past for Athleta leggings because they were superior to all others. No so anymore. Athleta should be ashamed of their quality and their prices. An appropriate price for these leggings would be about $20. IF they were sewn correctly.

I couldn't be more excited for the return of the Rainier leggings, which I missed in prior seasons. I'm building my winter selections for an upcoming endurance event in 2026 and I was pleasantly surprised. These leggings fit great and are flattering. I have yet to test them in 40s and below, however, the reviews are promising. This color, Borealis, is the best of Athleta and should pair well with a silver puffer and I have the Momentum Seamless in Gossamer on order to try as a base layer, along with the matching Borealis socks.

ordered medium. 5'4" 146 pounds. My size small from last year is a little tight at the top waistband and difficult to pull over hips. I am in between sizes because I am short waisted. If there was a small/medium it would be perfect. Quality is great, I own lots of Athleta.

These leggings are a staple in my winter wardrobe - I'm wearing a pair of them in black today! The different colors do sometimes fit a little differently, but it's not a deal breaker for me yet. (At least these don't have the god-awful ultra high rise waist like my original obsession, the Elation tights.) These are like a comforting hug - an expensive comforting hug - but a hug nonetheless. I need to win the #sweepstakes so I can get allllll the colors!

I love these leggings and have two older pair. I ordered a black and dark brown pair right away this season. The black fabric is not a saturated black. You can see a difference between the black stitching and the fabric. It is so noticeable I kept thinking I was grabbing the brown pair! It's really disappointing if you are a black on black girly and have tons of black athlesiure tops because they are all a dramatically different color. This is the first time I've had this problem with black leggings ever. High end or cheap.

Obsessed ! Wear them for runs and errands. I do suggest slight anti chafe in between thighs because the fleece can rub against the inner thigh.
