I have bought the Elation Ultra high-rise 7/8 leggings from Athleta for several years. I'd say the last 8 years at least. I buy nothing else. But the last couple pairs were a total disappointment. the material feels like it has plastic in it and doesn't have the same stretch, the rise isn't as high, and the length is shorter. It cuts in on my shin. I laid them on top of one of my older pairs (from a year or two ago), and they are 1-2" shorter on the leg and probably similar amount at the waist. I am so, so disappointed.

While I absolutely love love love the buttery smooth finish and sliming fit of these leggings, my last pair ended up piling really bad along the seams of the legs (I'm talking within 2 months of twice weekly wear so nothing excessive). But since the fit is amazing for my plus size body (very hard to find good leggings for us more voluptuous ladies!) I had to order another pair when they came on sale! Crossing my fingers these ones last longer before showing signs of piling :-)

Comfortable, supportive leggings.

These used to be the ONLY leggings I would purchase. Truly, nothing compared. Over the past year, the quality and fit have completely changed. The worst part is that the quality control is completely lacking - I have ordered pairs where the fit is completely different, but the fabric is similar to the original. Or, I'll receive a pair where the fabric is completely different but the fit is similar... Occasionally I'll receive a pair that is more comparable to the originals. I keep ordering/returning/and giving Athleta a chance to fix this problem, bc honestly these are the absolute BEST leggings. Athleta - PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD FIT AND MATERIAL, and fix the quality control issues!

I had 20 pairs of these— no joke. But the fabric is completely different now. I'm so sad and disappointed. I LIVED in these. Athleta please bring back the thicker material, that is not see through and rolls down. The sizing is also totally different. Please I beg you to bring back the original material.

True to size, soft and don't slip off when working out. The truffle color is absolutely beautiful!

First time hubby complimented me in tight gym clothes. These leggings make my booty look sooooo good. Super flattering and great tummy and thighs control. Bought more in other colors after this wonderful experience. Oh and the fabric is sooooo incredibly soft and feels incredible on the skin.
