The butterfly collar on this up-styled sweatshirt is playful and a pretty throwback. It gives the sweatshirt loads of style. Not your typical quarter zip. The delicately bloused cuffs at the wrist are a nice touch too. You can dress this up or down. Great color - also comes in a beautiful cream color. It was hard to decide which color to get.

I really love this color "truffle" and that's why I purchased it, but the top is better than expected. Roomy yet nicely cut (not too boxy), love the sleeves, and really love the wide collar when unzipped, very flattering!

I bought this in the gray color and on my 5'3 frame it is a very nice length and def oversized. I could probably have sized down to the XXS, but that's not how I roll. Love the oversize shawl collar and the rib detail punches it up. I got it during the recent sale and used rewards points. Odd that Athleta didn't do it in black. That would have been my first choice. It is almost a complete copy of the Var…. I would know because I have three of the Var…Half Zip. For price comparison the Var… comes in less than ten dollars more. I have purchased all of mine on sale. I am hoping that old school Athleta quality will have been a goal in the production of this product. #sweepstakes

Tried this on in store after seeing online and it was a must-buy! Heavier weight - perfect for fall and early winter temps. The oversized collar is what really sells it, though. Looks great on its own or collar open over blazers/coats. Just a really lovely, well-made sweater. Intended to be oversized - I'm 5'8" and 135 lbs and took a small. Bought in Truffle and just ordered the Truffle striped track pants for a travel "set."
