The support is just right for everyday wear and light workouts. I've worn it for walking, running errands, and even lounging, and it holds everything in place without feeling restrictive. I also love that it doesn't have that stiff, overly tight feeling some sports bras have. Another big plus is that it still looks flattering on. It gives a nice shape without feeling bulky or padded in an awkward way. After washing, it kept its shape and softness, which is always a concern for me.

This bra was comfy, cute, and matches my waffle weave pants. The color is great too. I found it easy to put on. I wouldn't recommend for high impact aerobics but perfect for walking and sleeping in.
