This is a very sleek, silky soft material with no liner. I love they feel of the material and the way it slides over my body. It is not super warm but it keeps out the wind. I think it is a very flattering fit. I like that it isn't super long but is also not cropped. It can be worn over jeans or leg...gings and hits about low hip length. I would love it without the hood - it doesn't add anything.

I just bought this shirt in late January 2026 to wear as part of a ski gear layering. I wore it once and washed it, only to find that the material had pulled along the hip. It's possible that I had something velcro in the wash and decided I just needed to be more careful. However, I wore this shi...rt recently while traveling and found at the end of the day another patch of pulls emerged for no apparent reason. I am so dissappointed in quality of this material!!!! It was an expensive top and now it looks like I've had if for years instead ot 2-3 months. Do better, Athleta!

The light and stretchy fabric is perfect for sun protection in warmer weather. I wear small and medium tops and bought a medium in this to ensure it fits over another layer. It fits exactly as expected. The sleeves are long, which is great for me - I have very long arms.

I almost always will fit into the medium size in Athleta, and based on that and the fact the description indicated it skimmed the body, I was expecting a better fit. Unfortunately, it was a final sale and couldn't be returned. Luckily a family member has inherited it.
