Runs large

I am typically a medium (5'4, 140 lbs), especially in jackets, because I like them to fit large. I felt this jacket ran almost two sizes too large, especially the vest. I am returning the jacket because it's way too big, but I do like the overall look and style idea behind this piece.

Received with the security tag still attached. Cute jacket, but, now I have to go into town to get the security tag taken off. Which why order on line if I have to go into the store????? This is the 3rd time it has happened to me. Where is the Quality Control Athleta?

This jacket is much thinner than it appears in the photo. Also the vest is confusing. It slips around all over the jacket and doesn't add anything to the look. This was a final sale, otherwise I would have returned it.
