I'm 5'0" 160lbs 38C and usually wear a petite large in 7/8 length bodysuits. I tried a petite large in this, and while I enjoyed the compression and that I wouldn't need to wear a bra, it pulled uncomfortably tight across the armpits and shoulders. In hindsight, watching the video and looking at the product pictures, it's clear that it's doing the same on the models. On the upside, the bottom half of the bodysuit was perfect - the snaps didn't bother me at all and it didn't pull up. I really wanted to keep it but I just can't see myself working out in it. I'm debating ordering a regular large.
