I love the length - neither too long or short. FYI I'm 5'7, 125 lbs, lean and athletic build. Regular toro length. Most tops are too long which feel matronly, or too short they require high waist top if you want to keep your tummy warm and covered. This length is just right and very flattering. ... The material is also high quality. It came wrinkled from shipping, but I sprayed some water and it dried out flat on the hangar. Great for traveling. My complaint: the design works more for those with a bigger chest, not for lean, athletic folks like me. The arm hole gaps a bit and the neckline can thus wrinkle a little - you can see that in the picture of the model with the green/sage color. Most Athlete tops are well suited for all chest sizes but not this one. Otherwise it is a great top and I wish it would come in more colors. I fail to understand why companies don't make more items in forest green and raspberry. Every time an item is available in those two colors they invariably sell out fast. Those are perennial favorites and should always be available!
I chose to size up one size because I was worried it was too tight in the torso. The size bigger was still a bit too snug for my comfort. I don't think sizing up 2 sizes would work because then the shoulder area won't lay properly. I got the cream color. Maybe a dark color would be more flattering ...to disguise the belly area, which is where I'm self conscious (I've had 3 kids & not as tight there anymore). It's a great top if you have a tight torso.
