I wore this all day walking on the Mag Mile (Chicago) in 25-degree weather over a hoodie or thick sweater, and I never felt cold outside or overheated inside - I don't know what kind of sorcery this jacket uses! I usually wear petite small or petite medium, but I tried on the regular XS in store, an...d the fit was surprisingly flattering with room to spare. I'm 5'1" and 140 lbs with a meno belly, and the jacket zips easily over thick layers. Don't hesitate to buy this at the sale price, the quality is great. The wildwood heather is a pretty toasted marshmallow, a versatile neutral, that my device doesn't do justice to the color.
I have this in a Small/ Tall in burgundy. It is warm and extremely flattering. BUT there is tacky 1.5" square matte vinyl patch with the Athleta name on my shiny sleeve. Yuck. This pretty much ruins it for me. Debating returning versus getting out my seam ripper. It's sewn on super-securely, too. C...heck the video to see what it looks like. Would be 5+ stars without the patch.

Just the style I was looking for. I was on the hunt for a shorter length puffer that wasn't too cropped or overly puffy. I tried the gray flannel in store and it was perfect. I tried both XS and S and XS was the right fit. About high hip length, room to layer, not too much fabric or bulk. (I'd say runs just a little big). I haven't worn it yet because I did read reviews that said the flannel material pilled quickly and that makes me hesitant to keep it and enjoy it. I wish it was available in the shiny material in better colors

The jacket fits great, but the pictures made it seem like it has a gloss look. In person the material just looks cheap. It's probably the most expensive puffer I've bought but looks the cheapest. I'm unfortunately stuck with it since it was a final sale.

I loved the "vest like" look of this part Sherpa part puffer jacket and I have to say it is even nicer in person. I wasn't sure whether to order the XS or S in order to leave room to layer but I am glad I went with the smaller size. The sleeves were long enough and it fit more snuggly on the hips creating a wind blocking feel.
