The only thing that would make these pants perfect is an adjustable waist. I ordered a 6 regular, I'm 5'4" 128lbs, athletic build. The legs are perfectly spacious, the length is good in higher shoes (I don't step on them when barefoot either), unfortunately the waist is huge. I sized down but I think the butt and thigh part might be too tight in a 4R. I guess I'll find out when they arrive.
