Cut/Fit at Chest Too Skimpy

My daughter is 13 and wears a B cup bra. This suit fit well everywhere but at the chest area, where it is unfortunately a little too skimpy and is a "wardrobe malfunction" waiting to happen for my active girl. Ordered in two sizes and in two colors. In both cases the seam of the shelf bra was super visible through the suit. We tried adjusting the straps, tried different sizes, really tried to make it work. But it just didn't look right. My daughter would not have been comfortable with it and so we are returning.
