Bottoms pilled after first use

This is a really cute swimsuit on my daughter. However, the bottoms have begun pilling after wearing once and the stitching is coming loose at the seam on the waist. I was considering buying another color but I'm not sure that these will hold up for even one summer.

I thought I was buying the entire bathing suit, turns out it was only the bottom. Who just buy a bottom of a bathing suit. Now I tried to buy the matching top (now NOT on sale) and the size I need is NOT in stock! Needless to say the bottoms are going back. Stupid way to sell bathing suits and don't care if they are mix and match suits. 😤

My 8th grade daughter loves this bikini bottom, with her favorite aspect being that it stays in place when she swims and goes off the diving board. She has had trouble finding bottoms that stay in place for her. She also loves the two color options. She asked me if she could get a second one in another color option too.
