This is a good workout tight, nice compression and good pockets. I recently lost some weight so I bought a smaller size. Two things that bother me about Athleta: 1) very inconsistent sizing across clothing items; and 2) it's disappointing how over the years Athleta has shifted to become an athleisure retailer rather than an activewear retailer.

Interval Stash are by far IMO the best leggings on the market! The fit is fantastic!! Doesn't show like some leggings do. I am 5'2 96 LB petite XS are perfect for me. I own these in many colors. Latest color is slate and I love it, something new and fresh. Looks cute with pink hoodies.

Maybe I just have thunder thighs but I've purchased these leggings twice and after wearing them to spin class once they've gotten holes in them, with some pretty painful chafing to top it off. Customer service also refused to refund me so doubled disappointing experience so elsewhere I'll go!

Great tights. Love the compression. I typically wear a small in Athleta and while I do have to wiggle these on, I love them once they're in place (and medium was definitely too big. I own these in 4 colours.

This is my favorite tight. I know more people like the Salutation tight, but Interval is the one for me. I take classes like Pilates and yoga. I do strength training and some running. Through it all, the one constant for me is the Interval Stash. They are supportive and compressive without being restrictive. I am looking forward to spring when more colors will be coming out. More colors will be coming out, right, Athleta? I buy my regular size in these, although some reviews have said to size up.

These leggings have good compression for running and HIIT workouts. I love that they have pockets and an adjustable drawstring inside at the waist. I like the color variety too.

The Tall 7/8 leggings are described as having a 28" inseam. The shape of the crotch makes it difficult to know where to measure… but even measuring both possible ways, it was either 25" or 25.5". Way too short for me. Otherwise, nice product.

I own several pair of the interval stash high rise and nothing else compares! I do strength/conditioning training 5 days a week and these are the only leggings I don't have to continually pull and tug at. I have tried several other well-known brands and, truly, none of them compare. They don't roll down and are SO comfy. I couldn't recommend them more. So glad I found them!
