I'm 5 4" & 135-140lbs (w long legs and a short torso) These are a tighter fit, however they don't budge at all during a workout. My butt is a little bigger and have moderately wider hips and they fit perfectly. I'm obsessed with the high low ankle fit.

I love the fit and the high rise. The only flaw is there needs to be an open side pocket like the stash intervals. When I run I like having a place to stash and access my phone or my cards.

I bought these to have a little more coverage when running in colder weather. I typically wear these when it's between 20-40 degrees out. I do not like to wear leggings because many fall down since I have wider hips and thicker thighs. THESE DON'T MOVE. I have trained several 10+ mile runs and they stay put. The drawstring is a great add to keep the waist secure. I love the back pocket across the back, it fits my Pixel cell phone in it's case perfectly! I recently wore these on a 15 mile run and tested not tying the drawstring. They didn't budge once. One thing to note, they are not built to keep you warm so don't rely on them in really cold weather, your need an additional layer.
