Good compression, they stay up when running and cover the bumps. The only negative to me is they are kind of hot. The fabric is like a thin scuba suit. I really wanted running leggings that don't fall on legs or waste when running and these don't so they're perfect. I'm 6' and 173 lbs.

This legging fits great and seems like it won't slide down like the last 2 Athleta pairs I bought. Unfortunately, I hate that it doesn't have any side pockets. The back pocket does not work for me. I walk a couple of miles everyday and need somewhere to put my keys. My key fob is quite big and I don't want the digging into my back while I walk. Hence the 3 stars.

I have the Interval Legging in a size small and they fit great, especially if you're looking for a higher compression legging. But the small in the Pacesetter ran just a little too small for me so I sized up to a medium and they work well. I feel like I am a bit in-between sizes and wish the medium was a little bit tighter for running, but they work well for other high intensity workouts.

These are my go-to running leggings. I love them. I always think they're going to be too small to get on but they get on, fit perfectly, and stay in place. I wear them for shorter, quick runs as well as longer runs (5+ miles) and they don't roll or slip down. They're my favorites for running when it's cooler and I have them in several colors.
