I have an older pair of athlete Run with it 4.5 inch shorts in a size too big that are one of the only shorts I've ever found...

A slight tightness in the waist getting over hips but once on, fit like a glove and feel like butter - so soft and airy, like you aren't even wearing shorts. 5'11", 170ish lbs - size Medium worked great.

With the details alone on these shorts I was very impressed. Usually I don't like midrise shorts because they squeeze my sides too hard but these feel great and were awesome for running I didn't have any problems chaffing.

These shorts are super comfortable, and I got a size bigger than usual to make them flowy and comfortable. However, the side slits are very loose and easily open - if I am at the gym doing any exercise where I have to bend over a little, it seems like my whole butt is visible. I know they're meant for running, so maybe that would be better? I think I'll just use them to lounge. #sweepstakes

I loved the fit of these shorts overall. I have not gone on a long run in them yet. My only concerns in the stitching is a tad scratchy in the inseam. So hopefully they don't cause irritation.
