Honestly running shorts are such a hit or miss. But these ROCK. I'm 5'4 ~135llbs and these fit like a glove. They're flowy and fun and pocket is goated. Only minus is a little see through (to the built in underwear).

I really wanted to love these shorts. The style and fabric is so cute. I purchased a small and the waist is snug. The medium is better, however there is too much material ballooning around the hips.
