I have several pair of these shorts and Love them, they are looser fitting but I am not sure you can size down unless you don't have a booty. I do not wear these to run in because they do ride up but I do walk and do other workouts in them. They are light and comfortable. I also do not pay full price, I wait until they are on sale to buy them.
