I loved the look of this bag n the online photos; loved the smooth satin, the scale of the bag; the barely visible ATHLETA on the outside - why is it there at all?! - and especially like bed the little blue tips on the bag's ties. But t when it arrived, I couldn't for the life of me sort out how the various straps work. It's all too complicated and cumbersome. Doesn't hang well. - maybe if you want to carry it by hand. The shoulder straps feel like a last-minute add-on. Too bad! I really wanted this to work. But I'm returning it.
