The retroterry sweatshirt is lighter than the retroplush which I like for spring and fall where it's still cool but not cold. True to size and washes well. Not too long but not cropped either. I adore everything about this! The weight of the fabric and the fit (especially). I live in a warmer climate so heavy sweatshirts don't work for me. I purchased a small (my normal size) in the Citron color AND navy. I like things fitting closer to the body so the small worked out great. I love the material and fit of this sweatshirt, however, the materials listed on the website are inaccurate. I have been trying to switch my clothing from polyester to cotton materials and was so excited to see this top was 93% cotton, 7% spandex. When I received the sweatshirt the materials listed are 57% cotton, 37% polyester, 6% spandex. This is so disappointing as I bought three and now have to return them due to false information on the Athleta website.
