I assumed since the whole swimsuit was pictured and its titled tankini that it is top and bottom. I emailed and they said the bottom isn't for sale?! So I'll be returning. Just a heads up.

Nice fabric, easy to put in and off for pre-teen girl. I like how the pad is actually sealed inside of the fabric not like others so I don't need to struggle putting it back after washing them.

Tankini is a tank version of a bikini, which is two pieces. When you buy a bikini top or a bikini bottom it's called just that. I expected to get two pieces. Call this what it is, a tankini top.
