We come back to Athleta each year to find modest swimsuits and they never disappoint. My girls love that it's reversible, and the fit is perfect.
Bought this for my 10 year old. She loves the look and feel, but the back doesn't cover enough and rides up her butt. :( I know the current style for adults is to have less coverage, but I don't want that for my kid.

The XXL is perfect for my tall 10 year old. It's a tiny bit loose in terms of the length but is very soft and comfortable with great coverage. I'd say this fits a tiny larger than true to size.

Body length is too short for a size 16. My daughter's wardrobe is mostly Athleta and sizes 14 and 16 have always fit perfectly.

Super cute pattern and quality fabric, but the fit is off. My daughter is so disappointed. Her usual Athleta size was way too short in the torso. It felt too tightly stretched and the top of the suit barely covered what it needed to. But the size up was too big, baggy in the body and gaping at the leg holes. Her two-piece suit in the same pattern fits perfectly. She had a one-piece in a different style last year that fit perfectly, but it is outgrown. She didn't like the colours on offer in the other styles this year, but was really excited about this one. Such a shame that the fit is so off.
