I really love the cinnamon color on my skin tone. The style of this dress- easy wear, cute, longish, all in one- is totally my taste. The built in bra with padding is perfect and will make it an easy travel piece. Despite all of the positives, I considered returning it. Even if you are slender and p...retty fit, every bump/curve of a woman in her forties will be accentuated in this dress. My primary concern was that it emphasized my lower belly in the front. I tried sizing up to a medium, but all that did was create a kangaroo pouch of fabric over my midsection. When I modeled the small size for my husband he instantly liked it and convinced me to keep it. I will note that I am over 5'8" so height likely factors in to how it hugs. I'm not sure about the nylon fabric, but hopefully it will be okay on a hot day. #sweepstakes
I love the thought of this dress. It has all the components I should love in a summer dress: comes in both regular & petite, has great stretch, hugs hips just right, ruching, adjustable straps… what's not to love? Apparently, a girl can't have it all. In the Athleta maxi ribbed dress, I wear a SP w...ith no issue. I wear D/DD M in Athleta bras. Due to the neckline of this dress I ordered MP. When it arrived I was so excited to try it on. The overall size dress was a bit big (the small would've been great) but for the chest area (not unusual for me) & the adjustable straps should've helped: except the the shelf bra is so TINY. The elastic doesn't even go midway over my boobs! There is no way to fix that! I don't see how someone with a chest size C or larger could possible fit into the shelf bra. I measured the width between the neck line & the bottom of the internal bra elastic & it's only 3" on an already lower cut dress. If you are blessed with a smaller chest, this dress is perfect.

This dress just delivered an hour ago, and I tried it on. Immediately I'm online to leave a review... Wow, it is so flattering! It hugs in all the right places, the ruching at waist is forgiving, and the length is perfect. I'll likely take the padding out of the built-in-bra, as it seems like the support it provides on it's own is ample enough. For sizing reference, I'm 5'2", 100 lbs, 30C, and purchased an XS Petite. Don't sleep on this one.
