Definitely different quality than athleta used to be. Very thin material and the length on each leg is uneven! Returning sadly.

The most comfortable shorts!!! Nice thickness but not heavy or weighted down. Great purchase!! I normally wear a large in most Athleta shorts but purchased an XL. Slightly big but room to wash and dry with no fear of coming out too small or too short.
