I recently found Athleta after a melanoma diagnosis this spring. I am 52 and have a very active outdoor lifestyle. My closet was full of different tank tops that offer little to no sun protection. The momentum line offers 40 UV protection and has been a lifesaver for me. The fit is great. This shirt is just the right amount of snug with out being too tight and restrictive. And even better, the shirt is still breathable unlike all the high end UV shirts I have tried. The cut has a high neck and fully covers the back for good protection. I am 5'8" 130lbs and I order a medium in this shirt. I am slowly collecting all the colors of this shirt as they go on sale. They wash well and hold their shape and color. Thank you Athleta!

I really needed to replace my tank tops for my workouts. It's been challenging trying to replace an older version of one that Athleta stopped making. I decided to give the Momentum Flex Muscle Tank a try. I sized up two sizes though so the fit would be more relaxed. This top gets the job done but it's just ok.
