Great for yoga and Pilates because it is designed not to fall onto your face when your feet are in the air! That being said, the armpits are too tight. They need to change that so it is more comfortable and does not cause unnecessary perspiration

Added bonus is the non-slip grippers at the hemline. LOVE the summer colors (spark, cerise, palmetto). I've converted from the LLL Swiftly where I'm between size 4 and 6, and the Momentum Flex size small fits perfectly. I also think Athleta redesigned this top since a few years back and the sleeves are a little shorter = more flattering on the arms.

I really like the turquoise textured stripe shirt. I sized up so it's not skin tight fitted. So then I did the same in the navy, not textured. They're the exact same size, but the navy one is narrower by an inch on both sides. So a total of 2 inches narrower than the striped. That's a significant size difference. Super annoying.
