My favorite T shirt. I'm 5'11" and order an xl as this is fitted. I wear a large in Athleta clothing in general, but would size up since this piece is will conform mto your body. The fabric is beautiful and has great stretch,and won't sag. I love that this shirt is long enough to both work out in or wear as casual sportswear.
