This is personal preference but the size that I need so my boobs are secure means the strap dig into my shoulders and it makes it uncomfortable to wear.

Pretty comfortable. It's a bit sheer in spots but in a dark yoga studio won't matter. I kept it because cute yoga bra tops that cover most of my midriff are hard to come by
