Comments about Bala Jump Rope

Love this rope, weighted handles make all the difference!

This Bala Jump rope has nice handles, but the package doesn't have any instructions on how to attach the rope to the handles. Bala customer service told me to insert the cord into the hole and it would lock in automatically. To remove, push down on the top plate where the rope was inserted. Once past that hurdle, I tried to use the rope, but the rope would get twisted up after using it for awhile. It's almost like there are no bearings inside the handles. Another interesting note, this rope is $25 less on the Bala site. Not a fan of high mark ups.
