Love the cinching on the sides. If you have an hourglass figure this will be very flattering and emphasize your curves and smaller waist. I would call this true to size but this seems to be pretty subjective for people and how they like their clothes to fit. This is true to size for a fitted style. ...

Short length, thin material, soft fabric, great color

The trend towards near-cropped tops is really annoying while being active. I think this top could be 5-stars with a little longer length and a little thicker material. The style is otherwise cute and I like the dark green color.

I have two of these shirts. I am 5'11" and it fits well, sleeves are to my wrists and the hem hits right below waist. More importantly, the sleeves stay put even when exercising.
