I struggled with what size to order. Another reviewer mentioned they needed their regular size to accommodate their larger chest and I found that to be the case with me also. I'm about a 38-40D and can wear a medium or large in Athleta tops, depending on the style or a 12is/maybe a 14 in regular siz...e tops. I ordered this in a 12 and I love the fit. The sleeves are a tad long, they hang a bit past my wrist, partway down my hand but with roomy style of the blazer, I think it looks okay. The bonus is being able to take on the sides with the toggle and adjust it to be more fitted or oversized. I plan to wear this as a more sporty look as opposed to dressy. I love the style and how it fits me. #sweepstakes
understanding that this runs big (from previous reviews) I ordered my normal size 6 (sometimes I have to get an 8) and a size 4. The 4 fit beautifully oversized in the sleeves and body, but I could not get over the shoulders drooping down my arm. The shoulder seam was 3-4 inches down my arm, and t...he shoulder padding laid lumpy because it was on my arm, not my shoulder. The fabric was beautiful (both composition and color) and the style was great. I think this would be a perfect blazer for travel. I just could not get over the droopy shoulders...it looked sloppy to me. It is possible that extreme sizing down (to a 0) could work, but I do not live near a store to try.

Purchased final sale and the fit is good but was sent a jacket that has visible defects and cannot return. Literally was just delivered. Pilling on sleeve, lapel and chest on both sides. Better quality control is needed, especially for final sale items

This blazer is great quality. I got a size 14. I love the cinched waist. I plan to wear it with jeans, a body suit and maybe even some shorts. I'm having fun with fashion and I love Athleta gear!

I have an older version of a similar blazer and I like the longer length on this one better. I also like how it buttons ahut. My older one has a tie that looks nice, but isn't as functional. I don't like the look unbuttoned. The sleeves are a little long for me and I am usually a regular 12 with no alterations needed.

really comfortable, looks unique and professional. I love the oversized look. The only reason it lost a star was that it may be a little too oversized. I am between sizes so I ordered my lower size based on other reviews but I could have gone down another full size given the length of the sleeves and how it fit in the shoulder. I'll keep it because I got compliments and was comfortable wearing it over a very long day.

I normally wear a size 12 - I'm 5'9. I bought a size 8 and it fits perfectly in length and everywhere. If you're short, this may be a bit too long for you. When I cinch in the drawstring on the sides, it does look a bit strange, but overall, I don't care because it's a great jacket! Good quality. Size down and you'll be good. I've worn to work in field sales - professional /casual. I bought black.

Love this jacket - it's long enough to wear over leggings when running errands after yoga class. It's also my favorite travel outfit w/endless high rise pants. If they're wrinkled, just throw it in the dryer on low for a few min.

Jacket can be dressed up or down. Great for travel! I usually wear a size 12 and I sized down based on reviews. However, I am large chested (38D) and I needed to size back up to a 12 for proper fit. Athleta did the exchange seamlessly and still allowed the original sales price.
