Size up. I had to get these in a large. I own zero pieces of clothing in a large. The top of the waist is loose but the hip fits so they won't slide down. Can't wear with crop top bc of this but thats ok for me

These pants are really comfortable and will travel easily, too! I've bought other Elation products and these measure right up to the other items I own! They are tight in the tummy and waist and flattering with light-weight Athlete tees, like the Move With Ease style, or casual, shirts, too.
